2011 Plant Sale Survey Form – Plants & Volunteers

For the 2011 plant sale we are looking to increase the selection of plants that we offer the public. We are moving to a new location so this is our first chance to really impress a new group of buyers with the quality and diversity of our plants. The plant sale committee understands that many of you have great plants that could be potted for use in the sale but don’t have enough to host a full scale dig day. If you fall into this category or would like to be on the volunteer list please help make our 2011 sale great by completing this survey.

After you have completed the survey you can drop it off at the Feb 21st meeting, fax it to 678‐301‐3489 (no cover sheet needed), email it to aarontulin@remax.net, or mail it to the Gwinnett Extension – Plant Sale, 750 South Perry St., Ste. 400, Lawrenceville, GA 30046
